Terms and Conditions

 

By registering for or participating in the Janine Turner Symposium, you agree to the following Terms:

  • The Symposium and all rights thereto, including copyright, are owned by Reeling Spirit Productions, Inc. (Company). You agree not to record, photograph, duplicate, copy, or distribute any portion of the Symposium in any way without the prior written permission of the Company.  

  • The Symposium provides an opportunity to embark on adventures of the mind, heart, and soul and is provided for information and entertainment purposes only. You understand that the Symposium is designed to encourage, support, challenge, inspire and assist you in meeting your goals. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific result or outcome.

  • You must be 18 years or older to register for the Symposium. Persons under the age of 18 may attend the Symposium if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • All registrations are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued. You represent that You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) and that the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

  • The Symposium may offer users the ability to post messages or ask questions on interactive areas as a part of the Symposium. You agree not to post, upload or otherwise transmit or link to any content that:

    • Is unlawful; threatening; abusive; obscene; vulgar; sexually explicit; pornographic or inclusive of nudity; offensive; excessively violent; invasive of another's privacy, publicity, contract or other rights; tortious; false or misleading; defamatory; libelous; hateful; or discriminatory;

    • violates the rights of others including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights;

    • Harasses or harms another person;

    • Exploit or endanger a minor;

    • Engages in commercial activity (including but not limited to advertisements or solicitations of business) without our prior written consent.

  • We reserve the right, but disclaim any obligation or responsibility, to terminate any registration (without a refund) or to remove any user content if you violate these Terms, as determined by us, or for any other reason, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. 

  • By posting or transmitting any user content in connection with the Symposium, you grant to us and our licensees, assignees, and authorized users a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, freely sublicensable, transferable (in whole or in part) right (including any moral rights) and license to use, modify, excerpt, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and compilations based upon, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, sublicense, and distribute such user content, including your name, voice, likeness and other personally identifiable information to the extent that such is contained in user content, anywhere, in any form and on and through all media formats now known or hereafter devised, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to, promotional, marketing, trade or any non-commercial or commercial purposes. 

  • You understand that we do not control the user content posted by others and, as such, you understand you may be exposed to offensive, inaccurate or otherwise objectionable user content. We assume no responsibility or liability for user content. If you become aware of any misuse of the Symposium, please report it immediately to us. 

  • The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the information, content, and materials or products included therein; (ii) that the Symposium will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Symposium; or (iv) that the Symposium, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.
